PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface treatment device which can reduce the quantity of wastewater when a deposit is removed from an inner wall surface of a pipe body, and which can reduce costs associated with wastewater treatment. SOLUTION: The wall surface treatment device 1 removes asbestos A (deposit) from the inner wall surface E1 by emitting a jet of high-pressure water to the inner wall surface E1 of a chimney E (pipe body). The wall surface treatment device 1 comprises a main body portion 10 with a rotating shaft 12, and a nozzle 21 for a wall surface, which is attached to the rotating shaft 12 and which laterally emits the jet of high-pressure water supplied from the main body portion 10, while rotating on the axis line of the rotating shaft 12 along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 12. The water pressure of the high-pressure water jetted from the nozzle 21 is set within 50-250 MPa, and the quantity of the high-pressure water is set within 5-25 L/min. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
