PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicon carbide structure in which members made of silicon carbide are joined together by an adhesive containing silicon carbide, and the adhesive etc. can be prevented from standing out on the surface of the member to be exposed. SOLUTION: The silicon carbide structure 10 includes a first member 11 made of silicon carbide, and a second member 12 made of silicon carbide. The first member 11 has a convex part 11a, and the second member 12 has a non-perforating concave part 12a which is engaged with the convex part 11a of the first member 11.
