<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with cycle characteristics improved. <P>SOLUTION: The battery is provided with a cathode 21 and an anode 22 together with the electrolyte solution impregnated in a separator 23 fitted between the cathode 21 and the anode 22. A solvent of the electrolyte solution contains organic cyclic silicon compounds. As compared with the case in which the organic cyclic silicon compounds are not contained, or organic chain silicon compounds are contained, chemical stability of the electrolyte solution is improved to have decomposition reaction restrained, so that a discharge capacity is hardly deteriorated even after repeated charge and discharge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
