<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody binding to human HMG-1, but not binding to human HMG-2 and a reagent for immunologically measuring the human HMG-1, obtaining accurate measured value of HMG-1 not involving error, without measuring HMG-2 therein, and making operation for measurement simple and enabling automation, and to provide a method for immunologically measuring the human HMG-1. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides an antibody binding to human HMG-1, but not binding to human HMG-2 and provides a method for producing the antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
