<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document use situation management device or the like for confirming the identity of the delivery client of an electronic document and a person who applies for an electronic procedure by attaching the electronic document, and for managing the use situation of the electronic document. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic document use situation management device is configured to store use management information to be registered by associating document identification information for specifying a delivered electronic document with the number of times of use of the electronic document in a storage device, and to, when the electronic document is delivered by an electronic document delivery device, register the document identification information of the electronic document delivered to the use management information stored in the storage device, and to, when the acceptance processing of an electronic procedure application by attaching the electronic document or the processing of a procedure required for making an application is operated by an electronic procedure application processor, register the number of times of use of the electronic document of the document identification information in the use management information stored in the storage device on the basis of the document identification information of the attached electronic document. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
