<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve trust in a store and improvement in a service by providing a system for notifying a user of a reason that table setting has been delayed when any delay is generated in an order from the user in a restaurant. <P>SOLUTION: A table setting time monitoring part monitors the cooking circumstances of an order menu to be successively input from a kitchen terminal, and outputs an instruction to the kitchen terminal so that the table setting of the order menu can be finished within the cooking time of every preliminarily set order menu. An order operation management part checks a preliminary set threshold (table setting stand-by time), and judges whether or not delay has been generated until the table setting of the order menu. When it is judged that the actual table setting time has exceeded the threshold, an instruction to make a person in charge register a reason for the delay in delay reason management information is output to a terminal for a store assistant or the chicken terminal.
