摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate luminance unevenness and color unevenness in a liquid crystal display wherein a liquid crystal panel is irradiated with light of a light source including a high luminance LED and a high color rendition LED. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display 10, a light guide plate designed so that luminance unevenness is not generated in a second light emitting state for light emitting the high color rendition LED 32 is included in a display unit 20. In the liquid crystal display 10, a conversion table 19 in which values for lowering luminance of parts according to a radiation range of the high luminance LED 33 are regulated is stored in a memory 18, processing for altering luminance of display screen data acquired by a display data acquiring part 11 is performed based on the conversion table 19 in a second signal processing part 14 in a first light emitting state for light emitting both LEDs and the display screen data whose luminance is altered are supplied to a display panel 26 from an interface part 15 to prevent generation of luminance unevenness and color unevenness in the first light emitting state.
