PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating base of low noise by restraining the transmission of vibration of a motor, by uniforming the vibration isolating effect over the whole periphery in the radial direction of an annular elastic body, while reducing cost by simplifying a constitution of the vibration isolating base. SOLUTION: This vibration isolating base 2 is composed of a tray-shaped elastic body composed of a bottom part 2I and a wall part 2J, and a fitting groove 2A exists on the outer periphery of its wall part 2J, and a fitting hole 3A of an installation frame 3 is fitted there.
