PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier capable of easily assembling a humidifier housing and having high production work efficiency. SOLUTION: A projecting piece of a lower end portion of a front panel 6 is inserted into a mounting hole of a front lower end portion of a humidifier main body 4, projecting pieces 22 of lower end portions of side plate supporting members 20, 21 are inserted into mounting holes 23 of both side lower end portions of the humidifier main body 4, and a right side panel 13 and a left side panel 14 are supported by the front panel 6 and the side plate supporting members 20, 21. The front panel 6 connected with an operation-display panel 5 positioned on a top face of the humidifier main body 4 is fixed to the top face of the humidifier main body 4 by screws. Then the top panel 9 is connected with the operation-display panel 5 by inserting an overlapping portion 9A of a front portion of the top panel 9 into a recessed portion 5C of a rear portion of the operation-display panel 5. Then the back panel 10 is assembled in the humidifier main body 4, the top panel 9 is fixed to the top face of the humidifier main body 4 by screws, and the back panel 10 is fixed to the rear portion of the humidifier main body 4 by screws.
