<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in producing ceramics, ceramics with a uniform density distribution are required for stabilizing quality, and particularly in a method for producing ceramics by electromagnetic wave heating, reducing the difference in density between a portion which touches a setter and other portions is required. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for producing ceramics in which a molded article from a raw material powder for a ceramic such as ITO and AZO is sintered by electromagnetic wave heating, ceramics having a porous structure is used as a material of a setter for carrying the molded article. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
