PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive floor heating structure. SOLUTION: In the floor heating structure 10A, an antenna wire 39 is arranged on the lower side of a floor plate 11a containing electric furnace oxidizing slag and an electromagnetic wave output device 50 is connected to the antenna wire 39. When the electromagnetic wave output device 50 is driven to emit electromagnetic waves from the antenna wire 39, the electric furnace oxidizing slag of the floor plate 11a converts the electromagnetic waves into heat energy. Then, the floor plate 11a is heated to warm a floor surface X, resulting in floor heating function. It is acceptable that an electromagnetic wave shielding layer 29 formed of a metal mesh 27 is provided on the upper face of the floor plate 11a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
