PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an operating condition of a hot air blower giving heat to a sensible heat storage material in an underfloor heating system of a foundation insulation detached house using the sensible heat storage material as a radiation source. SOLUTION: In this underfloor heating system in the foundation insulation detached house having a closed space under a floor, a heat storage unit 2 having a sensible heat storage body, the hot air blower 3 for blowing off the hot water to the sensible heat storage body to store heat, and an air blower 4 for promoting the radiation of heat stored in the sensible heat storage body by distributing the air to the sensible heat storage body in a heat storage state, are dispose in the space under the floor 12. An operating condition of the hot air blower 3 is decided on the basis of a prescribed relational expression including the blown-off air volume, a blow-off temperature and an operation time as variable numbers.
