PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-valve plug device which can precisely prevent secondary contamination to liquid products due to external contaminants without increasing manufacturing and maintenance costs. SOLUTION: Between an upper valve body 19 which is movably disposed in a valve box and the upper end of an upper conduit 11, an upper barrier membrane 35 which can isolate the inside of the conduit from an upper valve shaft 20 is disposed. Between the upper valve body 19 and a lower valve shaft 17, a lower barrier membrane 67 which isolates the lower valve shaft 17 from the inside of the conduit 11 is also disposed.
