PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing of a medical electronic apparatus easily assemblable while securing waterproofness, and capable of preventing distortion of a case body when a lid body is put on the case body. SOLUTION: In the case body 110, a circumferential wall part 140 surrounding a housing part 112 is composed of an outer wall part 150 and an inner wall part 160 having heights different from each other, and strip-like packing 130 is arranged on the upper surface 164 of the inner wall part 160 having a smaller height in a state where an inner side part is projected inward from an inner side wall 162 of the inner wall part 160. The lid body 120 is attached to the case body 110 in a state where a packing body 134 of the packing 130 on the upper surface 164 is pressed against the inner wall part 160 on the lower side by a pressing projection part 124 formed on an edge part 126.
