<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-down head capable of reducing the height of a discharge container. <P>SOLUTION: The push-down head 4 is fitted to a pump 6 having a stem 62 and is provided with a head main body 10 having a nozzle 13 and a valve chamber 15 formed inside, a connection member 20 interposed between the head main body 10 and the stem 62, a valve member 30 to open and close the nozzle 13 housed in the valve chamber 15 and a transportation mechanism 40 for transporting the valve member 30 in a direction to open the nozzle 13 by pushing down the head main body 10. The head main body 10 is provided with a cylindrical peripheral wall part 12 in which the connection member 20 is housed. The connection member 20 is provided with a top plate part 21, a lower tube part 23 suspended on the upper surface of the top plate part 21, an upper tube part 24 erected on the upper surface of the top plate part and communicating respectively with the inside of the lower tube part 23 and the valve chamber 15 and a guide wall part 22 sliding in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall part 12 extending to the upper side in parallel to the center axial line of the peripheral wall surface from the outer edge part of the top plate part 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
