<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redundant constitution of a present use spare, and to improve reliability, in a PON system for transmitting data through a light signal between an OLT and a plurality of ONU. <P>SOLUTION: This PON system is provided for transmitting-receiving the data through a light signal by connecting an optical subscriber line accommodating device to a plurality of optical subscriber line terminating devices via an optical fiber and a photocoupler. The optical subscriber line accommodating device has a constitution including a plurality of interface boards and a monitoring control board for monitoring the plurality of these interface boards and controlling the present use space in a switching system. The monitoring control board has a setting part for initially setting the present use spare of the plurality of interface boards. The plurality of interface boards have a time stamp counter for generating a time stamp exchanged between the optical subscriber terminating devices and itself, and have a constitution for synchronizing the time stamp by correcting respective count values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
