<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording and reproducing device capable of suitably storing CM information for a program advertisement broadcast irregularly as a CM on a spot base, and a television broadcast information recording and reproducing system. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 142 acquires CM information provided with program advertisement identification information from television broadcast information provided the program advertisement identification information showing that it is CM information for a program advertisement for advertising program information by executing an acquisition program 144a, stores the acquired CM information in a disk drive 8 for video record storage by executing a CM information storage program 144b, and reproduces the stored CM information by executing a reproduction program 144c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
