PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic based film excellent in surface hardness, toughness, UV ray absorption ability, durability and optical isotropy. SOLUTION: The acrylic based film is made to a film satisfying all of the following physical properties (1)-(6): physical property (1): hardness H<SB>1</SB>at the depth of 1μm measured by the nano-indentation method is 0.22 GPa or higher, physical property (2): hardness H<SB>3</SB>at the depth of 3μm measured by the nano-indentation method is 0.24 GPa or higher, physical property (3): when a film forming direction of the film is made to MD and a width direction is made to TD, the folding endurance numbers measured by MIT folding endurance tester are also 10,000 times or more in the MD direction and in the TD direction, physical property (4): permeability of the light beam at wavelength of 380 nm is less than 10%, physical property (5): haze is 3% or lower, and physical property (6): haze after it is left to stand under an atmosphere at temperature 60°C and at relative humidity of 90% for 100 hours is 3% or lower.
