PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a two-wheeled vehicle improved in lateral grip performance and also in the abrasion resistance of a tread shoulder, in a circuit where use frequencies of one side and the other side in the tire width direction of a tread are different. SOLUTION: This tire 10 includes a carcass 14, a spiral belt 16, a crossing belt 17, and the tread 18 sequentially arranged outside a tire radial direction. High-loss tangent rubber parts 22, 23 having developed widths W1, W2 from a tread end T set within a range of 5-30% of a tread developed width L and a loss tangent higher than that of a center rubber part 26 are formed at tread sides of both sides in the tire width direction of the tread 18. The high-loss tangent rubber part 22 is made different in at least one of the loss tangent, a thickness and a developed width from those of the high-loss tangent rubber part 23. Thereby, the lateral grip performance can be improved and the abrasion resistance of the tread shoulder part S can be improved in the circuit where the use frequencies of the one side and the other side of the tread 18 are different.
