<p>A fluid device for removing the space for installing an element and connection structure of joint are provided to prevent the inflow of dust or foreign materials. A fluid device(P) and connection structure of joint(T) comprises: a joint for fluid connecting to the surrounding(3) of supply/discharge channel(1,2); a flow path(4) formed the supply/discharge channel and the joint; a functional element having the fluid flow along a fluid device and joint through; and an annular groove and an annular protrusion(7) located in the fluid device and joint in order to form a sealing unit(Sp). The functional element is retrofitted along neighboring elements and the joint.</p> |
