An electronic commerce system and an electronic commerce method for reducing effort and a time necessary to purchase the product of the condition are provided to reduce a burden for the public relation and commission and select article satisfying the desired condition. A controller stores the information of a supplier of a provider terminal in a storage(S10). Order information is received from the purchaser terminal(S20). The controller extracts the order information from the received order information of article(S30). The extracted order information is transmitted to the provider terminal corresponding to the order information(S40). The controller transmits the product supply information with the separate communication device such as the email server to the purchaser terminal.
