A method for manufacturing a transparent soft synthetic resin is provided to prevent deterioration of an antibacterial function, aroma concentration and persistence without heating up of perfume and an antifungal agent. A method for manufacturing a transparent soft synthetic resin comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a first compounding material by injecting PVC powder, a plasticizer and a stabilizer and heating up the material with a high temperature; cooling the material by circulating a refrigerant and the compounding material; manufacturing a second compounding material by heating and adding perfume and an antifungal agent in the cooled material; mixing the first compounding material and the second compounding material with a ratio of 1:1 and heating up the material in the high temperature; and molding a product by supplying the mixed material into a molding unit. Weather strips(100) inlcudes a main body(110), a tape(130), a supporting piece etc.
