<p>An aqueous wax dispersion comprising a soft wax having an oil content of greater than 20 wt % and from 0.5 wt % to 10 wt % urea for use as a hydrophobizing agent in the production of timber products. The soft wax has a softening point of less than 65° C. and is solid at about 10° C. and below.</p>
