DRUM TYPE WASHING MACHINE HAVING TOUCH UP FUNCTION AND METHOD FOR TOUCH UP HAVING THE SAME

A drum washing machine including a touch up function and a touch up method thereof are provided to prevent the waste of electricity and water by smoothing out laundry without additional rinsing or ironing through a touch up function to move the creasing of the laundry. A touch up method of the drum washing machine comprises: a step(S10) tumbling laundry after finishing a dehydration course; a step sensing the laundry amount; and a step(S20) emitting steam while a tumbling step is progressed. The tumbling step comprises: a step(S11) rotating a drum for a certain time; and a step(S12) stopping the drum. The steam emitting step comprises: a step(S21) providing the water to a steam generating unit; a step(S22) heating up the provided water; and a step(S23) evaporating the heated water and emitting the steam to laundry for a predetermined time.
