A METHOD FOR REINFORCING SPEECH USING PARTIAL MASKING EFFECT

A voice reinforcement method introducing partial masking effect for improving the tone quality of the vice signal in a condition which the noise is not directly controlled is provided to improve the tone quality of the speech signal by controlling loudness. A receive signal spectrum is obtained from a received signal(S10). The receiving signal stimulation is calculated from the receive signal spectrum(S20). The background noise spectrum is obtained from the microphone or the background noise collected by the dummy microphone of the transmission end(S30). The background noise stimulation is calculated from the background noise spectrum(S40). The voice in which the Inverse Fast Fourier Transform(IFFT) is performed and which is strengthened is obtained(S70).
