FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by ham cutting and frying in melted butter, onions cutting and browning in melted butter, freezing of fresh green peas, wheat flour browning in melted butter. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with milk and table salt producing minced meat. Also performed: cutting and beating pork, stuffing mince into it, soaking it into hen's eggs, coating with breadcrumbs and frying in melted butter to get cutlets. Cutlets and melted butter are packed, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: enhanced digestibility. |
