FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of moulded products of polymer composite materials immediately dealing with design of drainage and levelling elements of technological packages used for vacuum-autoclave moulding. The proposed device for manufacture of products of polymer composite materials consists of a mould whose design enables its placement in an autoclave. In the course of the manufacturing process one applies onto the mould a separation layer, a polymer composite to be shaped into a finished product, an anti-adhesion layer, a sticking board, a drainage layer and a vacuum hood equipped with sealants and fixtures enabling its attachment along the mould surface perimeter and connected to the vacuum-pumping system. The drainage layer is composed of two thicknesses of anti-adhesive cloth with a sticking board interlaid between them. The latter is represented by a pre-drilled plate of an elastic, anti-adhesive and thermally resistant material. One side of the plate is corrugated with a pattern consisting of embossments with continuous grooves between them. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of the finished products due to generation of a uniform vacuum field over the whole of the surface; enhanced technological effectiveness of the process of polymer composite component moulding. ^ 6 dwg
