<p>A device for manufacturing an insulation pipe is provided to improve productivity by conforming an automation process and a normalization process. A device for manufacturing an insulation pipe(12) comprises the followings: a plurality of transfer rollers(6)(7)(8) conveying a glass fiber mat(2) of a mat supplying roller(3); a coating roller(9) coating a binder on one side of the glass fiber mat; a molding roller(4) molding the insulation pipe with predetermined size and thickness; a squeeze roller(10) rotated by a power transmitting unit and located parallel with the molding roller; an encoder(13) measuring conveying distance of the glass fiber mat; a cutting unit(14); a controller; a plurality of driving motors; and a sensor.</p> |
