摘要

A receiver circuit is provided to control an offset voltage precisely for detecting a multi level signal and to secure setup/hold margin. A receiver circuit includes a voltage controller(100) and a multi level transmission unit(200). The voltage controller outputs the offset voltage varied according to the code value. The multi-level transmission unit includes a high level transmission unit, a medium level transmission unit, a low level transmission unit and an encoder unit. The high level transmission unit amplifies the signal above a first level among the input data and outputs the first output signal. The medium level transmission unit amplifies the signal above a second level among the input data and outputs the second output signal. The low level transmission unit amplifies the signal above a third level among the input data and outputs the third output signal. The encoder unit codes the first to third output signals and generates the output data.
