PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR COLOR FILTER AND COLOR FILTER OF USING SAME

A photosensitive resin composition for a color filter is provided to ensure excellent development property of alkaline developing solution and residue property and to obtain a color filter for high resolution. A photosensitive resin composition for a color filter comprises (a) acrylic resin, (b) photopolymerizable monomer, (c) photopolymerization initiator, (d) pigment and (e) solvent. The (a) acrylic resin is the copolymers including a ethylenically unsaturated monomer having a carboxyl group and alkoxy 4-oxobutanoic acid group as a repeating unit.
