A conductive foil which is well controlled according to a desired size and shape is provided to secure quality of an anisotropic conductive film by improving productivity and reproducibility. A conductive foil(7) for an anisotropic conductive film including at least one adhesive layer and a plurality of conductive particles(9) comprises one or more metal foil layer(3) and two or more micro particles(5). A relative location of the micro particles is fixed by the conductive foil. Elasticity of the micro particles is greater than that of the conductive foil. The conductive foil is formed to have thickness of 10nm or more in a thickness direction.
