摘要 A winding tension control method in an electrolytic cleaning process is provided to reduce defective rate to about 0.3% by forming an excellent surface though reducing friction mark generation and controlling winding tension. A cold rolled steel sheet is manufactured with a hot rolled steel sheet coil through pickling(S-1), cold rolling(S-2), electrolytic cleaning(S-3), annealing(S-4), skim pass milling(S-5) and recoiling(S-6) successively. In an electrolytic cleaning process, the coil is unwound in an inlet side and is passed through an electro cleaning tub and the foreign material adhered to the surface of the cold rolled steel sheet is removed. Thereafter, the coil is reeled in the outlet side.
