A method for hybridizing LRR(leucine rich repeat) family proteins is provided to obtain fusion proteins with excellent crystallinity by hybridizing LRR proteins with high crystallinity with LRR proteins with low crystallinity. A hybridization method of LRR(leucine rich repeat) family proteins is characterized by hybridizing the LRR family proteins in specific sequence sites, LxxLxxLxLxxN. In the specific sequence site, L shows aladin, glycine, phenyl alanine, tyrosine, leucine, isoleucine, valine, or tryptophan; N indicates asparagine, glutamine, serine, cystein or threonine; and X is an arbitrary amino acid. The LRR family proteins are selected from Toll-like receptors(TLR) proteins or Variable Lymphocyte receptor(VLR) proteins.
