A charger is provided to supply the power to various device by attaching or detaching a connector through a connection jack. A charge circuit unit(100) includes a voltage regulator(140), a charging detecting unit(150), a microcomputer(160), a voice memory(180) and an amplifier(190). The voltage regulator converts the commercial AC power into the DC power. The charging detecting unit senses the charging state of the object device. The microcomputer generates the voice memory driving signal according to the sensing state of the charging detecting unit. The voice memory outputs the previously stored voice according to the voice memory driving signal. The amplifier amplifies the output of the voice memory. The power line includes a power supply line and a signal supply line. The power supply line supplies the DC power outputted from the voltage regulator to the connector. The signal supply line supplies the voice amplified by the amplifier to the connector. The connector includes a connection jack(320) and a speaker(340). The connection jack connected the DC power inputted through the power supply line to the object device. The speaker outputs the voice inputted through the signal supply line.
