A label separator is provided to sense a location of a label using a wheel sensor for sensing an edge of the label in order to adjust length of the label and separate/wind the label at the same time using a protective paper winding shaft and a back paper winding shaft. A label separator comprises the following units. A protective paper winding shaft(160) and a back paper winding shaft(180) are rotated by a timing belt and round belt. A protective paper(111) and a back paper(112) are fixed to a groove of the each winding shaft using a fixing clip(170). A sensor(150) is installed at an initial location where the label is separated. A tension adjusting roller(130) prevents the label from being inclined or shook.
