A life jacket with life clothes for cold protection is provided to make a life jacket and life clothes in one united life garment in order to protect a body against water and cold. A life jacket with life clothes for cold protection comprises the following units. The life clothes can be expanded by air. A storage(20) is formed in a side of the life jacket. An air chamber is formed inside the life clothes. An air inlet is connected to the air chamber. The life clothes have an inner cloth and an outer cloth which are waterproof-processed. The storage accepts the air removed life clothes. The life clothes are filled with air in case of emergency.
