An information confirmation unit(705) confirms the trade transaction estimation cost information corresponding to the trade transaction company information stored at the storage medium. A package configuration unit(710) configures package goods based on a trade transaction service corresponding to the confirmed trade transaction estimation cost information and trade transaction use target service information.
