Disclosed is a pharmaceutical agent having an excellent prophylactic and/or recovery effect on physical and/or mental fatigue. More specifically, disclosed is a pharmaceutical agent for the prevention of fatigue and/or recovery from fatigue, which comprises a combination of adenosine 5'-triphosphate or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof and a processed garlic product.
