Disclosed is a of formula (I), where Z is either oxygen or sulfur, and wherein the rest of the subtituents are discussed in the specification. Also disclosed is the suitability of the above compound for treating pain, anxiety disorders, cancer, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's disease, Huntington's chorea, Alzheimer's disease, gastrointestinal disorders and cardiavascular disorders.
