A manufacturing method of silver colloid is provided to be dispersed in a water soluble polymer substrate including a waterborne polyurethane and a water-dispersible acryl etc. and to have antibiotic property, antiseptic property, antistatic property, electromagnetic wave resistance moth resistance property, photosensitivity, deodorant property. A manufacturing method of silver colloid comprises steps of: dissolving silver compound in which impurity is included in aqueous nitric acid solution 20 weight% ~ 90 weight%, being reacted with hydrochloric acid aqueous solution 20 weight% ~ 50 weight% and forming a silver chloride precipitate; dispersing the silver chloride precipitate into distilled water, adding NaOH 10 weight% ~ 70 weight%, surfactant 10 weight% ~ 50 weight% and ammonia aqueous solution 1 weight% ~ 10 weight% and forming the silver solution; and mixing the silver solution and a reducing agent at a weight ratio of 1 : 1 ~ 1 : 10, heating it at 40 ~ 80 °C and forming silver colloid.
