FIELD: food production process. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of the recipe components, cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes, freezing and mincing estragon, mincing trout fillet. Listed components are mixed with melted butter, fish broth and table salt. The obtained mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: increased digestibility of preserve space meals as compared to similar pre-cooked foods. |
