An apparatus for guiding the blind is provided, which informs the danger warning and the guiding information located in the progressive direction by burying RFID tag. An apparatus for guiding the blind comprises: an induction path(20) in which the bead glass for the infrared ray reflection is applied and is installed on the walking road; an RFID tag(110) which is installed at the arbitrary location of the induction path; a stick(200) in which an antenna for the RFID tag is installed at the bottom; an induction path detecting unit receiving the infrared ray; and a hand-held guide system(300) outputting the message corresponding to the read information.
