FIELD: machine building, pipelines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport operated under unfavorable conditions of natural and technogenic nature. The complex power pumping systems represents aggregated and balanced pump-and-compressor units furnished with anti-vibration isolation from their foundation. Combined system of rigid and flexible primary and auxiliary pipelines represents a complex assembly comprising jointing components, that is, multilayered reinforced kicking elastic branch pipes mounted at the points of probable vibration and shifting loads. Elastoplastic couplings are fitted between the motors and pumps. Support elements representing pneumatic shock absorbers with reduced and/or increased load-bearing capacity are arranged between the foundation and the pump-and-compressor assemblies as well as between the foundation and pipeline support. Note the proposed pipeline transport complex is provided with a regular and abnormal on/off system. ^ EFFECT: higher safety and reliability. ^ 20 cl, 12 dwg |
