PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus which is good in design, has sense of togetherness with a display apparatus, and can select any display apparatus while providing good sound. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with: a speaker unit 3; and a stand 2 which supports the speaker unit 3 in an upper part or an under part of a mounting unit 12 to the same direction of a direction of a display plane of an upper display apparatus 6 while the mounting unit 12 is prepared so as to mount the display unit 6. The speaker unit 3 is made so that at least a part of a component element of the same direction of the display plane is movable in parallel to a width direction of the display apparatus 6.
