PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip ring capable of improving assemblability and reducing parts unit price. SOLUTION: The slip ring 100 is constituted of a rotation side substrate unit 130, a fixed side substrate unit 131, and a retaining member unit 132. Then, the retaining member unit 132 retains a plurality of rings 103 having connected parts 103a in the inside in a state that phases are respectively deviated in the peripheral direction. Moreover, the rotation side substrate unit 130 is arranged so as to correspond the connected part 103a of the ring 103, and has a pin 101 in which a connecting part 101a connected to the connected part 103a is installed at the end part.
