PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally control operation of equipment and devices to suppress fluctuation of total amount of drive outputs required by a compressor, an alternator and other equipment and devices of a vehicle (drive loads). SOLUTION: This control device includes a required drive output mediating means for mediating operation of the plurality of drive loads in which on-vehicle required drive outputs are changed vibratingly and a drive output adjusting means for adjusting the drive outputs of the drive loads based on the mediation. The required drive output mediating means issues a command to the drive output adjusting means for the drive loads so that a frequency of the required drive output of a first drive load group including at least one of the drive loads corresponds to a frequency of the required drive output of at least another one of the drive loads and that a phase of the required drive output of the drive load is made reverse to a phase of the required drive output of the first drive load group.
