PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a locking pin member fitting device that an assembly feeding mechanism is complicated to increase the number of components, thus leading to more frequent failures, a higher price, and a heavier stroke load, and that damage to a cutter unit requires replacement of a hollow needle, thus making positioning and removal of a detachable cutter troublesome when the detachable cutter is used. SOLUTION: A raking nail on the front end of a needle cap is partially cut out, and is hooked on the L-shaped lower end of the cutter to enable removal of the raking nail. A passage guide groove for a filament, through which an assembly fitting guide unit and the hollow needle communicate with each other, is formed on a casing, and is partially formed into a wave shape so as to form a clearance for a paddle portion of the locking pin member.
