An anisotropic conductive film elimination system and a control method thereof are provided to remove ACF effectively, and to minimize damage to other parts except the ACF. On a magazine(12), products attached with ACF are sequentially stacked through a tray. An input unit(10) moves the tray to a first transfer conveyor(14) from an input position. A dispensing unit(30) discharges the products attached with the ACF on the inputted tray, through the first transfer conveyor by a remover spray nozzle movable in X-Y-Z directions. An ejecting unit(50) ejects the tray through a second transfer conveyor(60). A cleaning unit(70) removes the ejected ACF and a remover applied to the ACF from the products by automatic brushes. A discharge unit(100) moves the products to a vent. |
