<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device mounted with a plurality of microcomputers capable of simplifying the conductor layer pattern wiring of a printed circuit board, reducing wiring power loss and high frequency electromagnetic wave noise along with the simplification, and making the printed circuit board compact as well. <P>SOLUTION: Two 1-chip microcomputers 2 and 3 are arranged at the same positions in the surface direction of the printed circuit board 1 and they are overlapped as much as possible, preferably completely, within the range of manufacture tolerance. A Vss potential is supplied to the Vss terminal 5 of the respective 1-chip microcomputers 2 and 3 through a common inner layer conductor pattern 16 and common via hole conductors 18 and 19.
