<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Shimofuri meat (meat marbled with fat)-like adjusted meat similar to Shimofuri meat in appearance and taste by making both fat tending to be an excess in supply and the lean with less fat in a chip-like state followed by mixing with each other, and to provide inexpensive three layer meat-like processed meat, using the adjusted meat, so as to contribute to rich dishes and expand consumption of fat tending to be an excess in supply. <P>SOLUTION: The Shimofuri meat-like adjusted meat is obtained by mixing chip-like many fat small pieces which are cut from a fat portion of meat with chip-like many lean small pieces which are cut from a lean portion, and vacuum compressing the mixture. A method for producing the adjusted meat is provided. The three layer meat-like processed meat is produced by slicing the Shimofuri meat-like adjusted meat to a plate-like state, alternately laminating the slices on plate-like fat which is obtained by separately slicing a fat portion, and pressurizing the product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
